The Famous Hot Springs Pool
The highlight of the stay for most people at Glenwood Hot Springs is the hot springs pool, after which the hotel was named. The main pool is over 400 feet long and 100 feet wide, as big as two city blocks. This large pool stays at about 90 degrees, so you can swim or soak during the snowy winter or splash around in the summer, whatever you wish. This large pool has swimming lanes and a diving board too. The smaller pool is about 100 feet long, and is 104 degrees. This is like a giant hot tub, which can be especially nice in the cool fall and cold winter months. There are over 15 minerals in the water, as the 122 degree Yampah spring pumps over 3 million gallons of water daily, and has never faltered. This is the world's largest mineral hot springs pool, located right here in the U.S. Rent a nice cabana during the summer months, and be sure to try out the two water slides that are each over 300 feet long with twists, turns, and a lot of fun. There is a kiddy pool for the little ones, and the depth is never above 24 inches. Come sit in the healthy, spring-fed hot spring pools and melt away the stress.
Mini Golf
